Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment on website: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and PayPal.

If you are shopping from North America, to pay with a credit card enter the information requested through Authorize.net's secure server. To pay with PayPal, click fast check out or log into your account.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may transmit your card information via phone, fax or by post. For your security, we do not recommend sending credit card information via email.

At present, we do not accept non US bank issued credit cards through the website; international customers please try the PayPal option if your card cannot process. You may also call or email and we can ship after we receive a certified check or bank wire transfer for the total amount of purchase plus freight. Additional charges may apply to cover additional bank fees and you will be notified of this prior to purchase agreement.

The customer is responsible for any regional customs or importation charges (See 'Tax Charges' section). Stockhoff's has no control over theses customs and importation charges and will not pay any portion.

ERROR after you submitted your order:
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. We ship by three so please inform us before 3:00pm EST.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is ONLY to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term is to protect Stockhoff's LLC in the case that a mistake has been made. An example is that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of an error in price and a need to change the price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Flat Rate Shipping:
$9.99 Flat-Rate Shipping will be charged as $4.99 shipping and $5.00 handling fee and is only applicable to orders placed through the online store.

If you answered "YES" to these questions Flat Rate is for you!!!
If you answered "NO" select a UPS option at checkout.

Do not select flat rate shipping if you need your order in a specific time.

If you choose Flat Rate $9.99 shipping the order will travel USPS, UPS or other Carrier. Every order is treated individually. If UPS delivered a package on your last order, it does not guarantee that UPS will deliver the package on your next order. Flat Rate shipping will always travel by the carrier of our choice.

Orders received via any other means of communication will be charged at published UPS rates and a $4.75 handling fee.

Flat-Rate $9.99 shipping is only valid within the 48 contiguous US states.

Flat Rate $9.99 shipping will incur $10.00 fee for items considered oversized by UPS.

Flat Rate $9.99 shipping will incur a $25.00 handling fee per 5 stick bundle of steel and/or aluminum bar stock. Bar stock will only ship in groups of three.

Flat Rate $9.99 shipping excludes expedited shipping (Overnight, 2/3 Day Air etc.) which is available at normal rates.

Lost goods
If your order has not been received within 1-7 days you must inform us that the goods are lost. The carrier must verify the claim and we will proceed from there.

Damaged goods
If shipment is missing items, damaged or leaking you must keep all original shipping packaging to receive complete replacement. Do not get rid of cardboard boxes, or packing material. Inform us within four days of the goods being damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery Schedule
By adding the extra steps that we need to stay safe during the coronavirus pandemic, our cut off time for shipping is termporally going to be 1pm EST for east coast shipping and 1pm MT for west coast shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything possible to get all orders out ASAP.

Delivery is about one to seven days depending on location, weather and driver discretion at delivery point.

If you need your package in a specific amount of time UPS delivery options are available. Ground, Overnight, and 2/3 Day Select can be chosen for quicker delivery. If the service is available to your location, you must select this method of shipping for your order at check out, and NOT the Flat Rate option.

Proof of delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will contact you in your preferred manner: text, phone or email. We can substitute, backorder or cancel the item. If we cannot reach you by 4:30 EST your order with either ship without the item or hold until the following business day for possible resolution. All items that remain on backorder will be on file and you will be contacted upon their arrival to our store. If we have established a verbal or written agreement with you to ship your backorder when back in stock, we will ship as soon as it is available at normal shipping rates. $9.99 shipping or free shipping will NOT be an option. Without a verbal or written agreement to ship your backorder upon arrival you will simply be contacted when the item is available, but we will not ship the item. It will be up to you to place another order with us and include the item. Shipping will apply to the item in relation to how you place the new order, online, phone, fax and so forth.

Special orders are not backorders. When your special order arrives you will receive contact that day and we will ship it that afternoon without additional approval. Special orders are not returnable without a fee and shipping costs.

Tax Charges

US Orders
All government tax laws and charges will apply.

Canadian Orders
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

All credit card information is held on Authorize.Net's secure servers. Authorize.Net utilizes industry-leading technologies and protocols, such as 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are compliant with a number of government and industry security initiatives and is 100% committed to safeguard customer information and combating fraud. Credit Information is not held anywhere on Stockhoff's website.

Returns Policy

Do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from Stockhoff's LLC.

All product returned within 30 days after invoice date will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All product returned 30 days or more after invoice date will not be accepted. We will not accept any return on products affected by temperature. Any goods returned should be in saleable and unused condition. Always include a note with your name and an explanation of why you are returning the merchandise. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough insurance to cover their value.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
