Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments or PayPal*. If you are shopping from North America, place your order and enter your credit card information into Authorize.net's secure server or sign in to your PayPal account.
*For PayPal users: Due to restrictions with PayPal, we cannot ship partial orders. Payment selected by this method, may result in a shipment delay, as any backordered items will result in the shipment being held until the order is complete.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may transmit your card information via phone, fax or by post. For your security, we do not recommend sending credit card information via email.
At present, we do not accept overseas credit cards through the website. However, we do provide the option of PayPal payment. Alternatively, Stockhoff's can receive orders via email and will ship internationally after receiving a valid credit card, certified check or bank wire transfer for the total amount of purchase plus freight charges and any additional shipping insurance. Please, be aware that the customer is repsonsible for any regional customs or importation charges. Stockhoff's has no control over theses customs and importation charges.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made. An example is that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All orders recieved by 3pm EST will be shipped F.O.B. from La Grange, via UPS ground or commercial truck same day and will be subject to a $4.75 handling flat fee. For products that require custom packaging an additional handling charge may apply.
Lost goods:
You must inform us within two weeks of ETA that the goods are lost. UPS must verify the claim and we can proceed from there.
Damaged goods:
You must keep all orginal shipping packgaging. Do not get rid of cardbard boxes, or packng material. Inform us within four days of the damaged goods in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Delivery Schedule Delivery is about one to seven days depending on location, weather and driver discretion at delivery point. All other UPS delivery options are available such as Overnight, 2/3 Day Select or sonic air, if available to your location and you specify the need.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will contact you in your preferred manner: phone or email. We can substitute, backorder or cancel the item. All items that remain on backorder will be on file and you will be contacted upon thier arrival to our store. Backorders will not ship to you without your approval. However, Stockhoff's may require credit card information for any additional charges. Special orders are the exception. When your special order arrives you will recieve contact that day and we will ship it that afternoon without additional approval. Special orders are usually not returnable. |

Privacy Policy Stockhoff's do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from Stockhoff's LLC. All product returned within 30 days after invoice date will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All product returned 30 days or more after invoice date will be charged a 30% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after one year of the invoice date.
Any goods returned should be in saleable and unused condition. Always include a note with your name and an explanation of why you are returning the merchandise. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This return policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Upon approval by Stockhoff's LLC, your refund will be applied back to your credit card, minus any shipping charges incurred. Unfortunately, posting to your credit card can take up to 30 days.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
